A Process for Aroma Recovery of Tea

ABSTRACT www.google.com/patents/WO2013160131A1?cl=en The present invention relates to a process for recovering aroma from tea juice. The heating and other steps associated with the processing of tea juice have an effect on the aroma content of the product. The processing of this tea juice tends to lose the important aroma molecules that provide sensorial superiority to these products. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a process for aroma recovery while producing liquid tea juice product. In this process the expressed juice is heated to a temperature of 50 to 85QC for 15 to 150 minutes, and the vapour from the heated tea juice is collected and condensed to produce a condensate rich in tea aroma. Tea juice treated in this manner has improved red colour and the aroma recovered has increased floral notes. There’s something about that firm bitterness that sparks devotion: the British consume  60 billion cups per year, according to the Tea and Infusions Organisation . That’s more than 900 cups a year for every man, woman and child in Great Britain – though we no doubt all know someone who likes many more than that. Tea has become entrenched in the British way of life, from the humble tea break to the afternoon tea to be enjoyed – in a jacket and tie, of course, gentlemen – at the very swankiest of London hotels. But what are the molecules behind the taste of this beloved beverage? And does how you take your tea say something about who you are? http://www.bbc.com/future/story/20160602-why-do-the-british-love-the-taste-of-tea-so-much?oci

Getting a feel of the Higher Self One of the most challenging experiences in life , this possibly can be achieved through a three pronged strategy :  1.Reading of the scriptures and listening to the Guru to gain Knowledge ,maybe what is Shravana 2.Reflecting on the same and making an attempt to see God in everything , also known as Manana 3.The last stage is meditating on the Higher Self which requires a lot of preparation and practise .This is known as Dhyana.  However one needs to do one's duties well and rise above petty material desires to become a Karmayogi and then a Gyanyogi finally .  There is no shortcut .  All thanks to our Guru Swami Parthsarathi and our mentor Shri(Dr)Subhashis Chakraborty
