Ingredients:
Ginger - 1–2 teaspoons of fresh grated or 1/2 teaspoon dried

Peppermint - 1 teaspoon dried or a few fresh leaves
Benefits: Eases headaches, improves digestion, and reduces bloating.
Milk Thistle - 1 teaspoon dried

Dandelion Root - 1 teaspoon dried
Benefits: Acts as a gentle diuretic, helping the body flush out toxins while also supporting liver function.
Lemon Peel - Fresh peel from 1/4 lemon or a small slice of lemon
Benefits: Contains antioxidants and provides a dose of Vitamin C, which may help combat fatigue.
Honey - 1 teaspoon (optional)
Benefits: Provides a natural source of sugar to help balance blood sugar, which can be affected after drinking.
Instructions:
Boil 2 cups of water and add all herbs.
